Regulation of CDH1 mRNA translation by microRNAs
Regulation of CDH1 mRNA translation by microRNAs has not been extensively characterized. So far, miR-9 (miR-9-1, miR-9-2, and miR-9-3) microRNAs (Ma et al. 2010; Liu et al. 2013; Drakaki et al. 2015; Nishioka et al. 2017), whose expression is regulated by MYC/MYCN (Ma et al. 2010; Liu et al. 2013; DA Silva Oliveira et al. 2017; Qin et al. 2022), and miR-10b (Ma et al. 2010; Zhang et al. 2015; Ma et al. 2017) were reported to directly regulate CDH1 mRNA translation by more than one study.
Other microRNAs implicated in the direct regulation of CDH1 microRNA expression by a single study include miR-23b (Wang et al. 2016), miR106a (Lin et al. 2020), miR-155 (Kline et al. 2020), and miR-503 (Zhao et al. 2017).
