Description
  • Sub-pathway for representing the pentose phosphate pathway gene regulated by NFE2L2 (NRF2). NFE2L2 directs the transcription of genes related to the Pentose Phosphate pathway which helps in programming the metabolic pathway to cope with oxidative stress and also has a significant role in cancer progression (Chartoumpekis et al, 2015; DeBlasi et al, 2020)
